What We Produce
Desktop collectible figures, display statues, series characters for retail and gift channels. Size, pose, base and colourway are all set by your brief, so the same mould can serve a whole product line under your own brand. We are a manufacturing partner, not a reseller of finished stock.

IP Compliance — Read This Before You Send Artwork
- We only produce original designs. We do not copy existing brand figures, licensed characters, anime or game IP, or trademarked logos.
- When you supply artwork, please confirm in writing that you own it or hold a licence. We keep that statement on file with the order.
- Sculpts and moulds are developed by our own studio, so no third party design claim attaches to your product.
- NDA available before you share files. Your mould, artwork and colour formulas are never reused for other buyers.
- We will decline a job if the reference is clearly an existing protected character — this protects your listing, not just ours.
Production Flow

Quality and Packing
- Colour and paint adhesion checked against the approved sample under daylight lamp.
- Flashing, parting line and fit tolerance inspected piece by piece before packing.
- Materials tested to EN71 and ASTM F963 requirements for the destination market.
- Carton drop test and a full set of bulk photos sent before the balance payment.
FAQ
Why is the MOQ 2000 pieces?
Each style needs its own steel mould and a paint line set up. 2000 pieces is the volume where tooling cost per unit stays low. Mixed characters in one series can share the same order.
Can I get a sample before bulk?
Yes. A painted pre production sample is made after tooling and shipped for approval; sample cost is refundable against the bulk order.
How long does tooling take?
About 15 to 20 days for a standard figure, then 30 to 40 days for bulk after sample approval.
Who owns the mould?
The mould is built for your project and used only for your orders. Long term mould custody and reorder terms are set out in the contract.
