Custom Blind Box Figure Series - OEM ODM, Original Design Only
This is a custom-made blind box collectible figure produced from a client's own original character design. Shown here is the approved painted sample: a solid PVC / vinyl figure with hand-painted detail, sitting on its own display base, packed in a sealed blind box so each unit stays a surprise. Photos are taken on a clean studio background so sculpt, paint and gloss level can be checked before tooling.

- Material: PVC / vinyl (ABS or resin available on request), solid cast with a weighted display base
- Height 6-10 cm standard, custom size available; matte, glossy or electroplated finish
- Hand-painted with Pantone-matched colours, checked against the paint master under D65 light
- Full series production: 6-12 designs plus 1 secret / chase figure per set
- Sealed blind box with collector card; optional code, sticker or scratch panel
Retail Ready Packaging
- Printed blind box with barcode, age warning, material and origin markings for EU / US retail
- Counter display carton (12 / 24 pcs per display) built to your planogram, ready to ship to retail
- Inner case and master carton drop tested; label artwork reviewed with you before mass printing
