Custom Blind Box Figure with LED Light-Up Base - Original Design Only
This is a custom blind box collectible figure with a built-in LED light-up base, produced from a client's own original character artwork. The photos show the approved painted sample: a solid PVC / vinyl figure standing on a translucent lit base, hand-painted detail, and a sealed blind box with display card. Open the box, switch the base on, and the figure doubles as a small night light or desk piece.

Product Details
- Figure in PVC / vinyl, 7-12 cm, hand painted in matte, glossy or pearl finish
- Lit base in translucent ABS or resin, warm white, cool white or RGB LED
- Power: button cell (LR44 / AAA) or USB-C rechargeable - removable battery compartment for shipping
- Control: press switch, touch sensor or auto glow; 6-12 designs plus 1 secret per series
- Optional extras: gradient light, glow-in-the-dark parts, custom display card
Electrical Safety and Compliance
- LED module and battery box built to EN 62115 electric toy safety, with EN71 for the figure itself
- CE, ASTM F963 and CPSIA documentation available; UN38.3 / MSDS prepared when a lithium cell is used
- Each unit light-tested on the line; switch life and battery contact checked before packing

Base shape, light colour and switch position are all built to your artwork so the light reads as part of the character.
